Rules of Grand Hotel (s.a.i.a. sri) Dear Guests of Grand Hotel, we ask you to observe these rules:
- Check-in is guaranteed after 2 p.m., before this time the room can be given with the cost of€ 10,00 per hour
- Check-out time is until 11.00 am. After this time the hotel can charge a late check-out fee: € 10,00 per hour till 4.00 p.m. After 4.00 p.m one night accommodation will be charged (at the rate of the day). The
possibility to keep the room for another night depends on the availability of the day and has to be reconfirmed by the Reception.
- If the Guest at the check-out day leave his bags in the room after 11.00 a.m. without informing the
Reception, the hotel is authorised to bring cases from the room to the storage room;
- Guests (both minor and adult) without a valid and approved ID document will not be accommodated in the
- Minors without parents will not be accommodated in the Hotel;
- Forgotten items will be stored for 15 days after check-out; after this time they will be removed;
- Forgotten items will be shipped after Guest’s request and costs will be charged to the Client;
- Hotel is equipped with air conditioning during summer period and heating during winter period;
- In case of damages inside the room or in common areas, the hotel will charge the costs on the Guests bill;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Smoking, lighting up fires, using rangettes or other warming machines in the hotel is forbidden, all that could cause fires or damage furniture;
- In case of loose of the key card, the cost of € 5,00 will be charged;
- There is a couverture service from 6.00p.m. till 8.00 p.m. (during slimmer season till 9.00 p.m); to refuse this service, just put “do not disturb” sign outside the door;
- Bar consumption have to be paid directly at the bar (to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings at check-out);
- Laundry service is available every day except Sunday; to have the service within a day’s time, you have to ask for it within 10.00 a.m;
- Cheques are not accepted;
- In front of the Hotel there is an area to load and unload bags; this area has to be used only the time for this purpose.
